Pat O’Neill

Pat O’Neill joined Glenwood Country Club as superintendent in November of 2006. He has more than 20 years of experience in the golf industry. Prior to joining Glenwood, Pat was the superintendent at Navesink Country Club, a private club in Middletown, NJ.

During his tenure there, Pat was responsible for preparing for such high profile events as the LPGA Chrysler-Plymouth Classic, the New Jersey State Golf Association Open and the New Jersey State PGA Championship. He is also credited with assisting with the design and development of a new $1 million practice facility, as well as the design and installation of a new irrigation system. He was also involved in the club’s Audubon Society Certification efforts.

O’Neill is a graduate of Rutgers University and is a member of the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America. He is also a member of the New Jersey Golf Course Superintendents Association where he serves on the committee of Ethics and By-Laws. O’Neill also holds a New Jersey State Certified Pesticide Applicator’s license.
